Project Setup Station Internal Program Error - time.cpp, 266

Symptoms

Receive the following error below when opening projects, this seemed to be from a certain machine:

Cause

Unsure on the cause of this from ABBYY. 

Resolution

Potential fixes could be 

• If it's easy try with someone else logging in on your machine - that would identify whether it's your software install or simply your local user profile
• Does this happen for ALL projects from the server? Can you try to open one that you've never opened before? If so then, again, your local copy of the project(s) which could be successfully cleared.
• Add/remove programs - repair (or reinstall) the stations
