Configuring ABBYY Backup Utility

Download the latest version from https://wfd-public.s3.eu-west-2.amazonaws.com/ABBYY+Utilities/ABBYY+Backup+Utility.zip
Extract the ZIP file to a local, relevant, folder i.e. C:\WfD\Services
Run the WFD.AWS.AbbyyBackup.exe application as administrator. Before running, ensure that the following are in place
1. A user has been created in the Admin & Monitoring Console with administrator permissions
2. A local folder has been created (must be a local path) to be used for the temporary storage of the exported ABBYY project
3. A local store folder in which the ZIP files can be held
Follow the on-screen questions to configure the backup utility, using the user and two folders created above where relevant
Once you've added all of the required profiles, the application will instantly run a backup. You can use this to check for any errors
Setup a scheduled task to run once a day (recommended to be out of hours) to run the daily backups.
