FileDirector system requirements

FileDirector is available in on-premise and cloud incarnations. Both support both Windows, web and mobile (Android/IOS) clients.

• Windows 7 or later, .NET 2.0+
• Recommended: Intel i5 or equivalent, 4Gb ram, high resolution (FDH) monitor

Web Client System Requirements

• Firefox, Chrome, Edge, Safari browser
• Recommended: high resolution (FDH) monitor

Windows Server System Requirements

• Windows 2012 or later
• IIS 7+
• .NET 2.0
• .NET 4.5+
• 8Gb ram (12Gb+ if using full text OCR), 4+ CPU cores
• Supported databases: MS SQL 2012 or later (supports SQL Express for small systems), Oracle 9
• Storage: RAID/NAS/SAN via UNC path
